Who you're dealing with
Riftline Labs is a US-domestic analytical lab in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area, working a narrow peptide catalog. The person who signs your report is named on it, and answers the email below.

Riftline Labs is owner-operated. I run the analysis, I sign the reports, and my name is on every certificate that leaves here — so if a result is ever questioned, there is a specific person to question about it, not a support address.
That is deliberate. In a market where most reports are issued by labs nobody can name, being reachable is the point. If you want to talk through a method, a result, or a report you were handed by someone else, write to me directly.
Why the catalog is short
Most labs in this space compete on breadth — a long list of analytes, each one run occasionally. We think that's backwards for the customer. A method you run every week is a method you know the failure modes of; a method you run twice a year is a method you're relearning each time.
So we picked three peptides that move in recurring batches and built around them. If your catalog is one of those three, you get a lab that isn't improvising. If it isn't, we'd rather tell you that than take the work.
